Bangkok-Trang by Bus

Bangkok-Trang trip can be conveniently completed by availing of our bus services. We provide 15 trips per day from Bangkok to Trang at a price range of 599 to 932 Baht. In the morning, there are 4 buses on the Bangkok (BKK)-Trang route departing at 7 AM. And in the evening, there are more than 10 buses from Bangkok to Trang with departure timings of 4.30 PM, 4.40 PM and 7 PM.

We provide BKK-Trang buses from two operators - Subphaisan Tour and Sri Suthep Tour. The average duration of a Bangkok to Trang bus journey is between 10 to 12 hours, depending on where you get down in the Trang province. You can choose from any of the three classes of buses for travelling on the BKK-Trang route, namely Economy class, First class and VIP class.

Buses to Trang depart from the Southern Bus Terminal of Bangkok. In the Trang province, buses stop at various destinations including Trang Bus Terminal, located in Mueang Trang District, the administrative center of Trang province. Buses also go to other destinations of Trang province, such as Yan Ta Khao Bus Station, Tambon Thung Yao Bus Station, and Huai Yot Bus Station.

The primary attraction of the coastal province of Trang is its coastline stretched over a distance of 199 kilometers along the Andaman Sea. Besides this, the two rivers – Trang and Maenam Palian – flowing through the province go on to increase its beauty manifold. The unique features of Trang province, such as the breathtaking inland limestone mountains, mesmerizing waterfalls, unexplored caves, the magnificent archipelago in the Andaman Sea with its 46 islands, the captivating Emerald Cave, the Namtok Khao Chong and the Khlong Lamchan Parks are slowly increasing the popularity of this province among tourists.

Tips for travelers

December to May is the best time to visit Trang province. Given that high and low seasons are not clearly defined, some resorts may charge ‘high season’ rates starting from October.
