Receiving your electronic ticket
After completing payment for your bus trip in Thailand, your electronic tickets will be sent to your email within 5 minutes. You can also find your tickets at any time in the members zone of our website, by logging-in using your phone number.
If you cannot find your tickets in your email, please try checking your Spam Box. Sometimes email filters work too well and emails from good companies end up in spam.
If you still couldn’t find an email from us, simply log-in into the members zone on our website using the phone number you provided at check-out. In the members zone, you can view, print or re-send the tickets to your email.
If for some reason you failed to receive your tickets after completing payment and cannot find tickets into the member zone, please contact us immediately. Our contact information can be found in the top right hand corner of our website, or on the contacts page. Our staff will work to solve your problem as soon as possible. Please note our work hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 till 18.00 ICT (Bangkok) time.
Before the trip
The ticket you receive from Tickets.co.th is an electronic ticket, you will need to exchange it for the Boarding Pass at the bus station of your departure before the trip. This procedure is known as check-in and is similar to airport check-ins.
Prior to check-in at the bus station of departure or at the pier, we recommend that you print your electronic ticket.
If you’re unable to print the ticket, you can save it in electronic format to your computer or mobile device, so you can show it at the bus station or at the pier for check-in.
If you’re unable to print or save your ticket to an electronic device, please write-down your unique Ticket Number: sometimes, if you’ve lost your ticket, you can be identified at check-in using this unique number. Please note though that in this case, you will also need to provide the full list of the passengers whose names were originally on your electronic ticket.
At the bus station or at the pier
The ticket you received from us is an electronic ticket. In order to board the bus or the ferry in Thailand, you will need to check-in at the bus station or at the pier, at the ticket counter of the bus company or ferry, and exchange your ticket for the Boarding Pass.
Please make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time of departure, to allow sufficient time for the check-in process.
After you arrived at the bus station or at the pier, please proceed to the ticket counter of your bus company or ferry. The name of the bus company or ferry which provides transportation service is printed on your ticket. If you’re unsure as to where the ticket counter of the bus company is located at the bus station, please refer to the Information Desk at the bus station for directions.
The staff at the ticket counter will check you in their system and will issue you a Boarding Pass. They will also provide you with further instructions about the location of the Platform from which your bus will be departing. Upon completing check-in, you can proceed to board the bus.
